From the DOF to the Supreme Court, in one API

In Mexico, Croma's coverage starts with what a legal or compliance team reviews every morning: the Diario Oficial de la Federación, which publishes dozens of notices every business day; the more than 315 federal laws and more than 135 federal regulations compiled by the Cámara de Diputados, with every amending decree dated in the DOF; Banco de México's circulars since 1969; the CNBV's regulations, with the Circular Única de Bancos and its more than 180 amendments; and the CNSF's provisions for the insurance sector. Then come the more than 300 thousand tesis of the SCJN's Semanario Judicial de la Federación and the bulletins of the FGR and of the prosecutors' offices of nine states.

Almost everything Croma queries in Mexico is public information by nature: the DOF, the laws and their amendments, the regulators' circulars, the published tesis and the prosecutors' press releases. Personal data appears where the source publishes it, such as in a prosecutor's bulletin or in the record an establishment declared to SIEM.
