02What is the criminal case number these bulletins cite?
It is the number the court uses to identify the matter, in the 3002/2026 style, together with the judicial district hearing it. It does not open the file, since access depends on your legal standing, but it lets you refer to a specific case and follow it through later hearings.
03Why are names abbreviated?
Because the prosecutor publishes a first name and initials while no sentence exists, and each bulletin says so by citing the presumption of innocence in the national criminal procedure code. That is why the list cannot be used to check the record of an identified person.
04Does the feed include missing-person notices?
