Veracruz publishes something no other prosecutor in this group does: an almost daily tally of court rulings from the past 24 hours, broken down by regional office (Tantoyuca, Tuxpan, Xalapa, Córdoba, Veracruz, Cosamaloapan and Coatzacoalcos) and by specialised coordinating offices, counting sentences, charging decisions, formal accusations, warrants executed and arrests in flagrancy. Alongside that tally come per-case bulletins, which often cite the criminal case or oral trial number. Because you can bound the date range and search the full text, this is the prosecutor in the set from which a regional time series is easiest to build.

Common questions

01How do I pull the figures for one month?
Bound the date range to that month and search for resoluciones judiciales or the name of a regional office. You get the daily tallies for the period, each with its regional breakdown, which is the basis for a series that does not depend on a single story.
02What are the regional offices in the breakdown?
They are how Veracruz divides the state: Tantoyuca, Tuxpan, Xalapa, Córdoba, Veracruz, Cosamaloapan and Coatzacoalcos. Every daily tally reports how many sentences, charging decisions and accusations each achieved, which lets you compare parts of the state against each other.
03Does the criminal case number let me pull the file?
It identifies the matter so you can request it from the right body, but it does not open the file on its own: criminal proceedings are not wholly public and access depends on your legal standing. In a bulletin the number works mainly as a verifiable reference to the case.
04Is it free? What date format do the filters take?
It is free and needs no account, with a cap on lookups per hour from the same connection. Dates use yyyy-mm-dd and both are optional: you can set only the start, only the end, or neither. Results arrive ten at a time with the total page count.
