Jalisco is the prosecutor in this group that publishes the complete text of every bulletin rather than an extract, and that changes what the search can do: the body usually names the deputy prosecutor's office and unit that ran the case, the precautionary measure imposed, how many months of pre-trial detention were set, the deadline to close the supplementary investigation and, in sentences, the penalty and the damages awarded. The geography concentrates in the Guadalajara metropolitan area (Zapopan, Tlaquepaque, Tonalá, Tlajomulco and El Salto) and Puerto Vallarta, with regional cases from the rest of the state.

Common questions

In the words the prosecutor itself uses, because it searches the text it publishes: vinculado a proceso, robo a negocio, desaparición or a municipality name work better than colloquial terms. Leaving it empty returns the most recent bulletins, which is the usual way to monitor the beat.

More than most: besides the offence and municipality, the body usually states which deputy prosecutor's office built the case file, what precautionary measure the judge imposed and for how many months, how long was set for the supplementary investigation and, where there is a sentence, the penalty and the damages agreed.

Not from this lookup. Bulletins abbreviate names to a first name plus an initial, and they only cover the cases the prosecutor chose to publicise, which is a fraction of the total. It is a source for reporting and context, not a register of people under prosecution.
