The Mexico City prosecutor publishes a bulletin per notable event almost every day, and each one carries a multi-line summary rather than a bare headline. Most are stages of a criminal case in the capital: arrests by the investigative police, charging decisions and sentences for extortion of shopkeepers, retail drug dealing, express kidnapping, robbery of ride-hailing drivers, femicide and transfemicide, and criminal association attributed to cells operating in named neighbourhoods. The summary usually gives the borough, the exact offence and the unit that ran the case, so you can follow one offence type or one area without opening every link.

No. The prosecutor publishes a first name followed by a withheld initial, and sometimes a nickname, precisely so a person who has not been sentenced is not identified. That is why a bulletin cannot be used to check one individual's background.
