A 23-digit radicado in the Rama Judicial says which court the case is before and which filing was recorded last; its first 12 digits identify the court and, with them, the official directory returns the email to file a brief. The ruling you want to cite is in the Corte Constitucional, the Corte Suprema or the Consejo de Estado, and in Mexico in the Semanario Judicial de la Federación, with more than 300,000 tesis since 1911. The rule that changed this week came out in the Diario Oficial, in the Gaceta del Congreso, in a Superfinanciera circular or in the DOF. And the counterparty of the contract you are reviewing has its record in RUES, SUNAT or the Delaware Division of Corporations.

What changes with the official record in the flow
All the firm's radicados in one pass
The Rama Judicial batch endpoint takes the list of radicados and returns the latest filing for each one. What used to be a manual review per client becomes a scheduled task.
Citations with registry number and date
An SCJN tesis arrives with its registro digital, control key, época and the date from which it is binding; a Colombian law, with its validity status and the text article by article.
Counterparties verified before drafting
The NIT opens RUES and Supersociedades; the RUC, the SUNAT record; the file number, the Delaware registry. Existence, representative and status before the contract leaves the firm.
