The court's email, from the case number

Paste the radicado and get the official mailbox of the court that handles the case.

Source: Rama Judicial

Paste the full radicado (20 to 25 digits) or the 12 digit court code, digits only.

Twelve digits identify the court

The first 12 digits of every radicado are the code of the court where the case is filed. This lookup takes them from the radicado you paste and returns every mailbox the Rama Judicial's official directory holds for that code, the court's own first, then its areas.

  • The court's mailbox

The official email of the court handling the case, with its name, corporation, specialty, city and seccional.

  • The court's areas

Also the expedientes, atención virtual and other mailboxes tied to the same code.

  • A clear answer

If the directory holds no mailbox for that code, the response says so; search by city and specialty instead.

Common questions

What do I paste?
Your case's full radicado, 20 to 25 digits, or the 12 digit court code directly if you already have it.
Why several emails?
Many courts have, besides their own mailbox, area mailboxes such as expedientes or atención virtual. All are shown, the court's own first.
What if there is no result?
Some courts publish no dedicated mailbox and are served by a service center. Use the directory to search by city and specialty.
Where does the data come from?
From the Rama Judicial's official directory. Croma keeps a copy refreshed weekly, and every response says how current the data is.
