What the Rama Judicial case lookup is
The Rama Judicial is the branch of government that administers justice in Colombia. Its case lookup system publishes the basic information of each case file: the 23-digit radicado number, the court office handling it, the parties, the case type and the list of docket entries with their dates.
Croma queries that information by radicado, individually or in batch, and by person or company name, and returns it structured: useful for monitoring debtor portfolios, running due diligence or following a case without checking court by court.
How fresh the data is
Croma queries the Rama Judicial live at the moment of your search: what you see is what the system publishes at that instant. Docket entries appear as each court office records them, so there can be a lag between a decision and its publication.
Coverage and limits
- Covers the cases published in the national lookup system; some court offices and special jurisdictions publish with less detail.
- Sealed cases and cases under restricted access do not appear in the public lookup.
- The register publishes procedural information, not the full case file or the text of rulings.

- It may sit in a court office that does not publish to the national system, be under restricted access, or have been filed recently and not yet be recorded.
- 03Does the lookup work as an official certification?
- No. For official purposes you need a certification from the corresponding court office; the public lookup is informational.
