One entity as the Department holds it

The lookup returns what the New York Department of State publishes for one active entity: its current name, the date it first filed, the county, the jurisdiction where it was formed, the entity type, and four parties, each with name and address when reported: the address the Department mails service of process to, the chief executive officer, the registered agent and the principal executive office. The DOS ID is the Department's own number for the entity, digits only, and it does not change when the name does. Find it with the business search. The Department lists active entities only, so a DOS ID that returns nothing may belong to an entity that has dissolved, merged or been revoked.
