One PERM case as DOL decided it

The lookup returns everything the Department of Labor publishes for one decided PERM labor certification: the status, the dates received and decided, the form it was filed on, the employer with its address, FEIN (published from fiscal year 2024), size and year founded, the job title and SOC occupation, the offered and prevailing wage, the worksite, the attorney and law firm, the recruitment and every other answer on the form. Cases on the form used until 2023 also carry the worker's country of citizenship, current visa and education. A case DOL decided again in a later fiscal year appears once per decision, newest first. Case numbers look like G-100-12345-123456 on the revised form and A-12345-12345 on the older one. Only decided cases are published: a pending case will not appear here.

There is only a cap on searches per hour from the same connection.

No. DOL publishes a case only once it has decided it, and only in its next quarterly release, so a pending case and one decided in recent weeks will not show up. The employer or its attorney sees a pending case's status in DOL's own filing system. The later green card steps at USCIS are not in this data either.

DOL has not published a decision under it yet, or the number has a typo. Numbers on the revised form start with G and have four parts; on the older form they start with A and have three. A case decided in recent weeks arrives with DOL's next quarterly release.

DOL approved the labor certification, but its 180-day validity ran out, usually because the employer did not file the immigrant petition with USCIS in time.
