Which employers sponsor green cards, and at what wage?

Search every PERM labor certification the U.S. Department of Labor decided since fiscal year 2008 by employer, job, law firm, occupation, state, wage and date. Free, no signup.

Words in the employer's name, its trade name, the job title or the law firm. Every word must match.

Nine digits, with or without the hyphen. DOL publishes it from fiscal year 2024 on.

DOL's PERM case number, e.g. G-100-12345-123456 or A-12345-12345.

Four digits, e.g. 2025. A federal fiscal year runs from October to September.

DOL's decision on the labor certification.

Occupation code, e.g. 15-1252 or 15-1252.00 for software developers.

Every PERM decision on both versions of the form

To sponsor a foreign worker for a green card, most employers first file a PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, showing the job, its requirements, the offered and prevailing wage, and how it recruited US workers first. The search covers every PERM case DOL decided since fiscal year 2008, on the form used until 2023 and on the revised one. Each result carries the case number, the form, the status, the dates received and decided, the employer and its FEIN (published from fiscal year 2024), the job title and SOC occupation, the offered wage and its unit, the prevailing wage, the worksite, the attorney and law firm, and every other answer on the form. On the older form it also carries the worker's country of citizenship, current visa and education; the revised form no longer publishes the worker. Results come newest decision first.

Common questions

From the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Foreign Labor Certification, which publishes every PERM labor certification it decides. DOL releases its disclosure data each quarter; Croma keeps an organized copy, checks for a new release every day, and returns it structured, free and with no account. There is only a cap on searches per hour from the same connection.

No. A certified PERM means DOL accepted that the employer could not find a qualified US worker at the prevailing wage. The employer then files an immigrant petition with USCIS, and the green card follows later. Those USCIS steps are not in this data.

Certified: DOL approved the labor certification. Certified, then expired: it was approved but its 180-day validity ran out, usually because no petition was filed with it in time. Withdrawn: the employer withdrew the case. Denied: DOL refused it.

The form DOL introduced in 2023 moved the worker's details to an appendix it does not publish. Cases filed on the older form carry the country, visa and education; cases on the revised form do not, so a country filter only finds older-form cases.
