The Colorado registry in every status

The search covers the business entities on file with the Colorado Secretary of State, about 3.1 million: corporations, limited liability companies, nonprofits, partnerships and other entities, formed in Colorado or registered to do business there. The register keeps entities in every status, from good standing and delinquent to dissolved, withdrawn, merged and converted, so an entity that closed years ago is still here with its last status. Each result carries the entity ID, the name, the status, the entity type, where and when it was formed, the principal and mailing addresses, and the registered agent with the agent's addresses. Data is brought up to date every day.

Yes. The Colorado register keeps entities in every status, including dissolved, withdrawn, revoked, merged and converted ones, each with its last known addresses and registered agent. Filter by status to see only entities in good standing.

Good standing means the entity is current with the Secretary of State. Delinquent means it missed a required filing, usually its periodic report, and can still cure it. Administratively dissolved means the state dissolved it, voluntarily dissolved means its owners did, and withdrawn means a foreign entity stopped doing business in Colorado.

The search matches the entity's name. Each result lists the registered agent, but the agent's name is not searched, and this register does not list owners or members. To check a person's companies, search by the company name and read the agent in each record.
