The liabilities owed to the Union by one company
The Dívida Ativa da União gathers what companies owe Brazil's federal government and the Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional (PGFN) has registered for collection: federal taxes, social security (previdência) contributions and FGTS. This lookup takes a CNPJ, or its 8-character root to add up every establishment, and returns the debtor name, the number of debts, how many and how much it answers for as principal debtor, the share under judicial enforcement, a breakdown by regime with the count and amount of each, and the 50 largest debts with their registration number, status, revenue type, registration date and amount. If the PGFN has nothing registered, the response is found: false. It is the figure a bank or a buyer wants before disbursing or closing a deal with a Brazilian company. Croma answers from the dataset it keeps up to date with the full source, refreshed with each quarterly publication.
