What exactly does this sanction say?
Enter the identifier of a sanction you got from the search and review the full record: the party and all its names, the type of sanction, the sanctioning body, the dates, the legal basis, the case and the fine, the dismissed public servant's position or the terms of the leniency agreement, as the case may be. Free, no login.
One sanction with every detail
Every sanction in the Controladoria-Geral da União's integrity registers (CEIS, CNEP, CEAF, CEPIM and leniency agreements) has its own identifier, which the search returns. This lookup resolves it and returns the full record: the sanctioned party with every name the register holds for it and its document (CPFs come masked), the register and the type of sanction, the start, end, publication and final decision dates, the sanctioning body with its state and sphere, the legal basis, the case number, the information source, the notes, the fine and the reason. Where it applies, it adds the dismissed public servant's position, role, unit and act, or the status, terms and effects of the leniency agreement. If no register holds that identifier, the response is found: false. Croma answers from the dataset it keeps up to date with the full source.
