The integrity registers of Brazil's federal government
The Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU) maintains Brazil's federal integrity registers: CEIS, for companies and individuals declared ineligible or suspended from contracting with the State; CNEP, for companies sanctioned under the anti-corruption law; CEAF, for dismissed public servants; CEPIM, for non-profit entities barred from receiving federal funds; and leniency agreements. Each result is one sanction with the party and its document (CPFs come masked), the register, the type of sanction, the start, end and publication dates, the sanctioning body with its state and sphere, the legal basis, the case number, the fine when there is one and the reason. It is the integrity check a bank, a contracting party or a compliance team runs before onboarding a company or person in Brazil. Croma answers from the dataset it keeps up to date with the full source.
