One partnership as the registry holds it

The lookup returns what the Florida Division of Corporations publishes for one general partnership or limited liability partnership: the name, the status as the registry writes it, the filing, effective, cancellation and expiration dates, the FEI number and its status when reported, the jurisdiction, the principal and mailing addresses, the number of pages filed, how many partners there are in Florida and in total, every partner and authorized person with their addresses, and every event filed against it, oldest first, such as amendments, dissociations and cancellations. The document number is the registry's key: GP for a general partnership or LLP for a limited liability partnership, followed by digits. Find it with the partnership search.

  • Status and dates

    The registry's status, and when the partnership was filed, took effect, was cancelled or expires.

  • Partners

    Every partner and authorized person, person or company, with address and Sunbiz document number when there is one.

  • Events

    Every event filed against it, oldest first, with its dates, notes and any partner it dissociates.

Common questions

From the Florida Division of Corporations, the state registry known as Sunbiz, which publishes its records for anyone to use. Croma keeps an organized copy, brings it up to date every day, and returns it structured, free and with no account. There is only a cap on searches per hour from the same connection.

Because the registry has no partnership under it. Check the prefix and the digits, or find it by name with the partnership search. A filing made in the last day may not have reached the copy yet; it arrives with the next daily update.

A partner is a member of the partnership. An authorized person is someone the partnership named in its filing to act for it, who need not be a partner. The record marks each one as P or A.
