Florida's partnership register searchable by the partners in it

The search covers the general partnerships and limited liability partnerships registered with the Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz). Each result carries the document number, the name, the status as the registry writes it, the filing, effective, cancellation and expiration dates, the FEI number when reported, the jurisdiction, the principal and mailing addresses, the partner counts, every partner and authorized person the registry lists, and every event filed against the partnership. A search reaches the partners' names too, so you can find each partnership a person or company is part of. A partner that is a Florida entity carries its Sunbiz document number. Data is brought up to date every day from the Division's own publications.

Common questions

From the Florida Division of Corporations, the state registry known as Sunbiz, which publishes its records for anyone to use. Croma keeps an organized copy, brings it up to date every day, and returns it structured, free and with no account. There is only a cap on searches per hour from the same connection.

Filing is optional for a Florida general partnership, so one that never filed a statement with the Division is not on the register. A limited liability partnership must file with the Division to become one. Limited partnerships are in the Florida business search, not here.

Yes. The search reaches every partner and authorized person the registry lists, so typing a person's or a company's name returns the partnerships that name them. To match a partner company exactly, use its Sunbiz document number.

It is the status as the registry writes it, one letter per partnership. A marks an active filing. Type a letter in the status field to filter by it, or leave it blank to see partnerships in any status.
