What the RUES is

The RUES brings the registers kept by the country's chambers of commerce into a single lookup: the commercial register, the register of state bidders and the register of nonprofits, among others. For each company it publishes the legal name, the NIT, the registration and its status, the chamber of commerce, the CIIU activity and the legal representatives.

Croma queries the RUES by NIT or by name and returns the record structured, including representatives, related parties and whatever financial statements the company has reported: ready for counterparty verification and due diligence.

How fresh the data is

Croma queries the RUES live at the moment of your search. How current the data is depends on what each company reports to its chamber of commerce; registration renewal, for example, is annual, with the ordinary deadline on March 31.

Coverage and limits

Covers the companies and entities registered with chambers of commerce across the country.
Financial statements appear only for the companies and years in which they were reported.
The certificate of existence and legal representation is a separate document: it is issued by the chamber of commerce, not by the RUES lookup.
