The Contaduría General de la Nación consolidates the accounting of Colombia's public sector and publishes the Boletín de Deudores Morosos del Estado (BDME): the individuals and companies with overdue obligations owed to public entities that exceed the amounts and terms set by law. The bulletin is semiannual, with cutoffs on May 31 and November 30.
