The court gazette of every court in Brazil

The Diário de Justiça Eletrônico Nacional is the gazette the Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) maintains so that every court in Brazil can publish its procedural communications: intimações, citações, editais and listas de distribuição from the state, federal, labor, electoral and military courts and from the superior courts. The search accepts a party name, a lawyer name, an OAB number with its state, a CNJ case number, a court code, free text and an availability date, and returns the publications from newest to oldest, each with the judicial body, the type of communication, the procedural class, the case number, whether it is still in force or was canceled, the link to the source and the full text. Use it to find out whether a company or person was cited or notified in any case, follow a lawyer's activity or watch one specific case.

Common questions

From the Diário de Justiça Eletrônico Nacional, the gazette run by the Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) where Brazil's state, federal, labor, electoral and military courts and the superior courts publish. Croma queries the official source at the time of the request and returns the publications organized, from newest to oldest.

Yes, it is free and needs no account. There is only a cap on searches per hour from the same connection to prevent abuse. If you need volume or continuous monitoring, use the Croma API.

At least one of these criteria: party name, lawyer name, OAB number with its state, CNJ case number, court code or free text. You can combine them and narrow by availability date. If nothing comes up, no court published a communication matching those criteria in that period; that is a definitive answer, not an error.

For a single day the total is exact. For a date range the total stops at 10,000 and the response flags it with total_is_lower_bound: there are at least that many publications. Narrow the range or add another criterion to see the exact count.
